Koharu [Honda Koharu, 本田小春] (may be named otherwise by the player) is the Single Player mode follower in Sword Art Online: Integral Factor .

Koharu is overall a very pleasant person who is kind, caring, and thoughtful. As the game progresses she grows from being shy, scared, and uncertain, to a more confident fighter and an even more confident friend. She puts others before herself and listens to others' problems without a second thought. Koharu holds great care and affection for the Player, but won't hesitate to reprimand him/her if they step out of line or say something uncalled for. She has a bright sense of humor and a great amount of empathy for other players, NPCs, and even animals and monsters.

In-Game Information[edit | edit source]

Her in-game name is not Koharu, instead the game will leave it for player to give her name at the start of the game. She can be equipped with the player's choice of skills and weapons (only from which is not already equipped on MC), has no level requirements, and appears throughout the main storyline as the player's close friend and teammate. She can also be given character Avatars to wear, which function the same as player Avatars and occupy the same item types.

The player first encounters Koharu in the introduction and tutorial of the game, during the last day of SAO Beta Test.

Note: Koharu’s sword skill use is not efficient, especially when fighting monsters or bosses that require sword skills to be used to obtain a break effect.

• She is originally a Dagger user in-game, as shown in some story CGs.
• She's the only NPC who can be re-named by the player.
• Although her HP can be increased, focusing on this parameter is not necessary for her survival since Koharu never loses any HP.
• Koharu has been programmed to have only 1HP, which she cannot lose, meaning that she can take a full advantage of offensive skills which require as little HP as possible (such as Damage increase with less HP)

1989 - April of this year saw the foundations of Just Rams Plc being laid (the company is now known as Integral Memory plc). We created a niche by providing PC memory at the right price. In fact, it was Just Rams Plc that brought the inflated UK memory prices, of the time, back to a reasonable level and in line with those of the United States and Asia. We supplied many of the early small to medium PC system builders as well as industrial customers. First year turnover was a modest 1M GBP.

1990 - The world’s leading memory manufacturers visualised our potential for the future and gave us exclusive distribution privileges. The business was performing so well it successfully expanded into the proprietary memory sector. Just Rams turnover doubles to 2M GBP.

1992 - Business was growing so rapidly new premises had to be found, we are still here today. The Sumitomo bonding factory burns down, this creates a worldwide memory shortage. Our capabilities meant that we could continually supply our customers while other suppliers found it very difficult. This created our first major leap in turnover, now at 8M GBP.

1994 - Goldstar/LG votes Just Rams Plc “memory distributor of the year” We begin producing own-brands for customers.

1995 – We began our manufacturing business venture with our partners in the USA and Asia. Our workforce triples. And our turnover grows yet again to 32M GBP.

1996 - Presented with a 'Special Recognition Award' for sales growth by Samsung Semiconductor.

1997 – We become one of the only distributors in the world covering all high end solutions for UNIX, SUN, HP and DEC.

1998 - Just Rams Plc was one of the first companies to launch products for the new digital camera and MP3 player marketplace. Initial products include 4MB SmartMedia, 4MB CompactFlash cards and ATA adapters.

1999 - Formal launch of the Just Rams manufactured “Integral” brand. Winners of the “Samsung European Branding Award”. Samsung selects the Just Rams retail packaging design to be the standard throughout Europe. We have grown into the biggest European Memory Distributor for Samsung. Earthquake in Taiwan creates a world memory shortage similar to that of the Sumitomo disaster in 1992. Yet again, Just Rams Plc was able to maintain a consistent supply of quality memory products for all of our customers. We became the UKsNo1specialist memory distributor while also expanding our manufacturing business.

2000 - Winner of the “Samsung SmartMedia Distributor of the Year' award. Just Rams showcased our digital products at 'Photokina 2000' in Germany with a strong worldwide response. Expanded sales and sales support functions. The customer base increases to include OEMs, VARs and major retailers worldwide.

2001 - Winner of the Samsung “Performance in Flash Sales' award. Just Rams created an Export Division that now exports to over 50 countries. Some very significant account wins. Expanded the digital memory range to include Secure Digital Card (SD) and MultiMediaCard (MMC).

2002 - Launch of the “Integral i-Pro” range for high-speed CompactFlash cards for keen amateurs and professionals alike. Completed a successful 'Photokina 2002' show in Germany, to our rapidly growing international customers.

2003 - A range of USB Flash Drives are added to the growing range of digital memory products offered under the Integral memory brand. Just Rams wins Samsung's “Flash Distributor of the Year” for the third year running.

2004 - The Secure Digital (SD Card) format becomes the number one choice in digital cameras. 'Photokina 2004' in Germany, is regarded as the 'best yet' for increasing the profile of the Integral memory brand. Several significant retail accounts are won. Just Rams first international office opens in Paris, France. We produced the world's first memory card music album - “Robbie Williams Greatest Hits”, in partnership with EMI. We also produced one of the first hi-res full-length movies on a memory card “Spiderman” for Sony Pictures.Turnover increases to 72M GBP.

2005 - The emergence of mobile phone memory card formats - MMCmobile and miniSD. The memory card duplication business increases dramatically and we invest in the latest duplication equipment to keep up with demand. A second international office is established in Madrid, Spain. Turnover hits 83M GBP.

2006 – Our third international sales office opens in The Netherlands. Just Rams exhibits at '3GSM World Congress' in Barcelona for the first time and announce the launch of the latest mobile memory card formats available from Integral; microSD and MMCmicro. Just Rams wins the “Innovation Award” by Samsung Semiconductor for our projects on: Movies on mobile phone memory cards, Digital rights management (DRM) copy protection, duplication for car navigation systems using memory cards and own branding services.

The year ends with the launch of the Secure Digital high capacity memory card formats; 'SDHC' and 'miniSDHC'. Turnover hits a record 100M GBP.

2007 – We begin producing one of the first 32GB USB Flash Drives. The stylish Ag47 USB drive is added to our range. The Ag47 is a Flash Drive with a durable metal body that is supplied with a real leather case.

2008 - Just Rams exhibits the Integral Memory range at 'Cebit 2008' in Germany for the first time. New smaller, greener packaging is rolled out for the Integral memory card range. DDR3 DRAM PC upgrades are released.

Integral UltimaPro; high speed SDHC and high speed CompactFlash cards are launched to meet the demands of professional DSLR camera users.

2009 - A busy second year at 'Cebit' in Germany. The Integral Crypto Drive 256-bit AES Flash Drive is formally launched at 'InfoSecurity Europe' in London. FIPS 197 approval is granted for the full range of Integral hardware encryption USB Flash Drives.The Integral brand is extended into “Integral Storage” with new Solid State Drive (SSD) products at the 'Storage Expo' in London. The Integral Titan USB becomes our largest capacity USB Flash Drive, at 128GB. A fourth international sales office opens in Dubai, UAE to serve the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Asia regions.

2010 - Just Rams exhibit the latest Integral products successfully at 'Cebit 2010' in Germany, 'InfoSecurity Europe' in London , and 'InfoSec World' in Orlando. Attendance at 'Foto Forum' in Russia supported our strong sales growth in Eastern European markets. Integral Mac compatible SSDs and 'Crypto Mac Edition' USB Flash Drives now sold by Apple, via Apple stores or online throughout Europe. High security FIPS 140-2 certification granted for the Integral Crypto FIPS 140-2 Encrypted USB Flash Drive to meet the demand of government departments and corporates. Winter saw the launch of a brand new www.integralmemory.com website.

2011 - Just Rams plc changed its name to Integral Memory plc on January 4th. Our Dual Password, Dual Platform hardware encrypted USB; 'Crypto Dual' was launched in the Spring, with Integral exhibiting at RSA San Francisco, InfoSec World and Info Security Europe. Integral encrypted USBs were awarded the CESG Claims Tested Mark (CCTM) by CESG. Following the successful Xpression USB 'Pattern' collection, we débuted 'Animal' and 'Music' Xpression USBs. Integral's first range of Industrial flash memory and encrypted SSD was announced in September, and we demoed these new lines at the DSEi exhibition.

2012 - USB 3.0 product launched including the XCEL hi-spec USB drive and the ever popular COURIER drive in USB 3.0. Consumers ramp up demand for higher capacities as they become more affordable. A range of 64GB products released including a 64GB EVO and a competitively priced 64GB SXDC card.

Unprotected lost or stolen laptops prove embarrassing and costly for companies and government. Integral have released the Crypto SSD - a FIPS approved Hardware Encrypted SSD Drive with full drive encryption that offers the benefits of high level security and the advantages of a SSD drive - speed, low power and silent operation.

A US office is opened to market our line of FIPS approved Hardware Encrypted USB and SSD drives.

2013 - Integral Memory plc entered the LED lighting sector with the creation of our Integral LED brand. For more information please click here to visit our LED website. In our Integral memory division, the company launched several 'world's first's'; first 1TB capacity Portable SSD, first FIPS 197 validated encrypted SSD in mSATA format, first USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Flash Drive with FIPS 197 hardware encryption.

2014 - The Integral LED OMNI-Lamp is nominated for a Lighting Design Award for innovation in the Light Sources category. Integral LED named top 25 UK lighting company in Lux magazine's Power List 2014. Integral Memory launch world's first encrypted mSATA SSD with FIPS 140-2 certification. Which? bestow two prestigious BEST BUY awards to Integral LED lamps (GU10 and GLS). Integral celebrates 25 year anniversary of the business.

2015 - The Rt Hon Greg Clark MP, Minister for Universities, Science and Cities officially opened our new LED Lighting Laboratory facility which is part of a package of new investment planned by the company to meet a growing demand for Integral LED lighting products. Which? award Integral LED lamps two further BEST BUY's for our LED lamps and we are also finalists for the prestigious Lighting Design Awards for the second year in a row. Integral's Crypto range of highly secure SSD drives wins top honours at the prestigious Computing Security Awards, ‘Encryption Solution of the Year 2015'. Integral celebrated the issue of our Millionth invoice.
2016 - Integral Memory became the first to market globally with 256GB capacity microSDXC for smartphones and tablets. Our SSD range expanded with the development of the SVR-PRO range in collaboration with Novachips, leading to a breakthrough in storage capacity of 8TB SSD. Our hardware encryption data security range also grew with the release of USB 3.0 FIPS 140-2 Crypto Drives. Integral LED's LuxFire Downlight was highly rated by Lux Review gaining 4 Stars 'Recommended' and Which? awarded a further three BEST BUY accreditation's for our LED lamp range (GLS and GU10). Integral's vintage style lamps, the Sunset range, gained wide distribution in retailers including Robert Dyas and Lakeland. Integral introduced a price breakthrough high CRI spotlight, the 'Real Colour GU10' range, this was shortlisted for the Lux Awards 2016 'Enabling Technology of the Year' award.

2017 - Evofire, Integral LED's innovative Fire Rated Downlight was shortlisted for 'Lighting Product of the Year' (Lamps and Luminaires) at the 2017 Electrical Industry Awards. Integral LED exhibited at LuxLive, Europe's largest annual lighting show. 2018 - Integral Memory launched the world's largest microSD memory card with a 512GB capacity to worldwide acclaim. An advanced colour-control Digital Pixel strip and an innovative, adjustable cut-out 'Multi-Fit' downlight were added to the Integral LED product range. Integral exhibited at Embedded World; one of the most important events in the global embedded technology calendar, held in Nuremberg, Germany. Integral LED was awarded its 10th and 11th BEST BUY Award from Which? for its LED GLS Lamps. Integral invested in a 42,000 sq ft LED Lighting distribution warehouse in Aylesbury, approximately the size of a football pitch. Integral LED exhibited at the Facilities Management Show at London Excel and UK Construction Week at NEC Birmingham.
